Our Commitment

Our Commitment

is to empower people to fulfill their unique purpose such that they create flourishing—in their lives and in the lives of others.

We believe that God’s design for people is to create flourishing in the world. In the Old Testament, the concept of flourishing is best described by the Hebrew word shalom.

Scholars tell us that shalom signifies a number of things, including salvation, wholeness, integrity, soundness, community, connectedness, righteousness, justice, and well-being. It denotes a right relationship with God, with others, and with God’s creation. What God intended is universal flourishing, wholeness and delight.

Biblical flourishing is outward focused. We flourish when we help others flourish. This is in stark contrast to the cultural focus of flourishing being self-focused, inwardly fixated, and all about us.

We support this vision by inviting people on a transformational journey of learning and growth. We call it the Flourishing Life Pathway, consisting of our four primary trainings—Unlearn You, Breakthrough, Legacy In Action and Flourishing Marriage.

Our trainings are highly interactive, experiential, challenging, intensive, and effective.

Our foundational learning program is TheFlourishingNetwork.org and is available to anyone.
